Online: You can shop online and order safely and securely here at our online store.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card is charged
at the time of purchase. Your credit card information is not kept on file and is handled through
our secure server.
Phone-In: You can also phone in an order at anytime during our business hours. Your credit
card is charged at the time of purchase, and credit card information is not kept on file and is
securely discarded after purchase.

Pick-Up: Please phone in at least two days prior to pick-up. We will gladly package any of our
items you find at our website for your pick-up convenience. No additional fees will occur.

Shipping and Delivery Options:
Shipping: Our chocolates are made by hand, because of this we do not maintain a large inventory.
In order to provide you with the freshest chocolates possible, please place your order by 2 pm
the day before you would like it shipped.
We only ship Monday - Wednesday. This makes sure the chocolates are kept out of the shipping
warehouse over the weekend. Thursay is an Express only shipping day. And must be placed by
Wednesday before 2 pm. Priority orders placed after noon on Wednesday will be shipped the
following Monday. Included in the shipping fee, are tracking and confirmation numbers, gel packs,
and packing material. We will email these to you during the shipping process.
The package will be delivered to your door without requiring a signature. Please check the tracking
numbers often during the course of the shipping process, and prepare for delivery. We are not
responsible for packages left exposed to weather conditions. No refunds.
We chose these methods of delivery for the chocolates, so they will arrive on time and in the most
beautiful and delicious condition. Please see the chart below for our current shipping and handling
fees. Shipping charges depend on weight, time of year and destination. Ordering large quantities
will alter pricing. Please call our store for more information, we will try our best to accomodate your
request. Please note, Chocolat only allows shipment within the US. * Residence of Alaska and
Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges.

We guarantee that the chocolates will leave our shop in perfect condition. We will not be held
responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, mechanical failure or other acts beyond
our control.
* ADD $10 for orders to ALASKA and HAWAII.
** If the forecasted temperature is well over 72 degrees at the destination of your order during the
warm months, we will automatically charge you Express shipping. This will insure that your
chocolates will arrive in the best condition.
Allergy Information:
All Chocolat products may contain traces of tree nuts, including, but not restricted to: peanut, hazelnut,
almond, pistachio, cashew, pecan and/or walnuts. They may also contain traces of dairy, dairy protein,
gluten, and/or wheat. Any person with allergies, intolerance or any other medical conditions brought
about by the consumption of any products that contain such ingredients are advised not to consume
Chocolat products. Doing so, is at your own risk. |
